Please HELP is my parrot ok

My name is Nathan and I have a parrot named Dexter I have attached photos. My question is his feathers are not looking to we'll and this has been going for weeks I am afraid he could be sick is he alright.

try your photo again
sometimes you have to post a few times first.. but i've seen some people post images on their first post on the forum so i don't know how that works.
in any case, attempt to attach the file again, and if there is an issue with that then just describe whats going on.

I'm hazarding a guess and saying it might be a big molt but it's hard to say without the pictures.
My year old male is going through his 12-month molt and he's been looking rather shabby for a few weeks now but I'm hoping it blows over soon.
