Anybody know what he is doing? This is a new behavior for him, although he does have a list of strange behavior. Oh I shot this with my cell phone so the quality sucks but you will get the just of what he is doing.

Ok I thought so. He is the first male tiel ive ever owned. So im not used to all the loud show. He is a great bird I love him to death. Even though he fussy as all get out, I think hes just spoiled.

That is so something my Milo does! And he will go on and on and on and on and on and on and on.... You get the picture. Until we think we're going to lose our minds! It's so loud at times too. But he's my baby and I'll deal with it.

Hugs,
Jen

Ok that is funny because Mack goes on and on as well. My lovebirds (I have two) get together on top of there cage and just chatter for hours. Some times I think they play the game of “im louder no im louder no me, Oh yeah im the loudest listen to this.”. George my irn has just started to make the occasional baby irn noises, today he had a good little bit for about 45 seconds and that was it. The sounds they make are so cute.

I never thought of that lol.
He does do one of a woodpecker he will bang his beak on the cage, or drinking glasses, his bell what ever makes a noise when he does it.

Yes quite typical of a male tiel.

Spike does something like that - his "courting dance if you like... He does it especially to Hoogie (my blue IRN) - unfortunately Hoogie is a boy too.. (we thot Spike may be ***!)... And now Hoogie has picked up some of those dances and calls and am returning the compliment..! :)
