HELP! I bed a diagnosis

Hi all, I have a young grey lace wing and I think she is sick, she is always putting her head into her back feathers and she is always puffed up, I had a look to see if she had diarrhoea and her stomach was very orange and her bowel regions were very red and inflamed, all her feathers around her bowel were pushed out whenever she sat on a perch. Please help I don't know what to do
