I bought Douglas one month ago and was told he was six months old.

He was sold to me as an Albino, but his eyes are actually blue, and I've read if the eyes are blue then it cannot be Albino.

Can anyone tell me what colour he might be when he matures?

Albino. Contrary to popular belief, Albino Indian Ringnecks will all end up having blue eyes (irides) and black looking pupils. Of course though they are hatched with red eyes which slowly change over the coming weeks.
