is anyone else having trouble logging in and out? sometimes when i come on it already has my name as being on,then i have to log in,then if i want to check pms i have to log in again,when i go to log off it asks me to log in.

If you didnt hit 'remember password' when setting up the account it usually takes two tries to get to the board. I have that problem on the laptop but never here.

Simply log in twice and you'll get here! Some days its fine, somedays you have to log in twice.

i just left and made sure i was logged off but when i looked again i was already logged in but sometimes i can actually read the posts and not be logged at all.other times i can log in to post a reply then have to log in again to get to see pms.

Let me know ya'll if you too are having problems. If not Julie, maybe try a reboot. These daggone computers were created to irritate us!

i changed my password just in case.i find it a little strange that it says im on when im not.

I always have problems logging in. And found out that's why Athena isn't on much anymore. She's irritated with having to try to log in three times. But my solution is to log in under checking private messages. If I click on that first thing instead of "log in" it lets me log in one time. Then I just have to hit the forum index button and boom I'm in. Don't ask me why. But I've had problems with this for a long time now. Some days I despise computers!

I have had problem loggin in for awhile now I can´t log in if I doesn´t take log in to look at pm, or whatever it do stand..

I have been doing what Jen does. On my old computer I auto logged in whenever I came to the site but now on this computer I can't.... very annoying.

Yep that's what I end up doing too. Mik that check box to say you want to stay logged in is gone now!

Yep, thats why I'm hardly here. Jen was right, if I log in to check PM's it isnt as bad, but still it drives me bonkers to have to log in every single time. I don't have this problem on any other the php boards I'm on but this one.

I had this same problem, only I couldn't post at all. Everytime I would click a link I would get the log on screen. Try to log in and get the same screen all over again. I had AOL, which I assume was the problem. I know have broadband, and haven't had any problems so far. Also, that remember password is not there, so I do have to log in each time I visit the board, but that has been it. Like I said, so far.
