Pastel turquoise?

Ok so I have some questions about jess
We bought her as a 'pastel turquoise' (turquoise with blue wings and tail feathers) but she has since developed an interesting mutation.
Her front and head remain turquoise, however her back and wings (*NOT the flight feathers) are blue, and her flight and tail feathers are
purple... whats this mutation?
