An Extremely Kind Gesture from Liberta

Sanjays palace has a broken door lock, it has "never been right", and comes apart at the drop of a hat, so this time, I couldn't find the little spring. I bought a wee padlock as a fix, and e mailed Liberta to ask if they could sell me a new lock, explaining how this one has "never been right" etc. A very kind lady replied, and said they don't usually have this problem, but always have plenty in stock, and they are sending me a new lock for the Palace door Free Of Charge! Wow! How's that for customer service?

It says a sad thing that this is not the rule everywhere. That said, it's GRRRRREAT!
