new rehomed pair

Post by Kislanya »

So I think IRN should come with a warning..Highly Addictive lol.I was offered the opportunity to take in a pair, blue male and white female.previous owner did not want them as she bought them and in the 2 months she owned them they did not breed.......sigh.
Well they were in a small flight cage made for parakeets or tiels,I'm honestly shocked I dud not find more wounds from fighting on them, there is a few minor scrapes and a lot if bent or broken off feathers but nothing that won't heal up good.I set them up in a cage about 3 times the size they were in,I knew they were happy when not even a minute in the cage(after a 3 hour car ride as well) they took a bath and ate.I have not come up with names yet but I already love them -will post pictures soon-
