They don't have a name yet - the grey arrived yesterday (the first two pics) and the violet will come in a couple of weeks. Anyone care to guess about their gender? I will do a DNA test later, but from what I see now, I guess female grey and male violet, from their heads and beaks.

Do you have a plucker maybe?

I have a Very young IRN and I noticed some plucking signs but since then there have been no indications that he plucks.

I have chalked it up to inexperienced preening

The grey was plucked by the parents. He's now fully feathered again.
