Chick is now regurgitating when fed

Ok, the chick is now 9 days old, seems to have peeling skin, and is very lethargic, and the past couple of feedings, is regurgitating what I have fed it… help please

I don't know anything about this but nobody answered yet. Can you make a common sense check and see are you feeding him too much too fast?

He actually ended up passing away two days ago, I found out later that they will regurgitate if they are dehydrated. It was a result likely of the humidity being far too low in the brooder, I had no idea that could be an issue, I was always concerned with the temperature. I found this out from a very experienced breeder who was kind enough to try to help me out, sadly the chick still died.
