IRN's tongue.

Hi,
I have a 2 year old IRN that has a browny/red small spot or lump on the side of his tongue. I have just found this today, he is still eating & drinking & talking and running around the house like a mad man
so his mood hasn't changed at all.
Would anyone know anything at all about this? It would be really helpfull.
