muffins for willow

I made my IRN corn muffins yesterday , she seems to like them, I used a box of Jiffy corn meal 1/2 cup crushed up pellets , some corn and cucumber mixed it up and baked , trying to get her off seed, I have only had her a week yesterday , and I have to say she will try anything .
the only thing I might do a bit different is instead of the box mix that has a lot of sugar, try making a homemade recipe and substitute sugar with crushed apple and white flour with whole wheat flour. It's lower in fat and sugar for our featherered friends with sensitive livers
