sneezing

my baby irn has just started sneezing. his only done it a couple of time but a little bit of clear liquid has come out of his nose. he seems healthy but he is on antibiotics because he wasnt eating his food. he has been eating lots lately and the antibiotics have cleared that up, im just not sure if i should be worried about him sneezing? its not regularly its only happened a couple of times
