I have tried feeing broccoli, carrot, peas, corn, cauli that are frozen & 'mixed veggies' in the packet with seeds.

My lovebird & IRN both WON'T eat the peas, and my IRN won't eat the carrot raw or frozen or fresh!
I wouldn't recommened cauli or brocco from frozen as it's yuck... I tried & no wonder ash throws it out of the bowl. lol
Corn tho is defanitly a winner frozen when it's not in season :)

fruit - havn't gievn any frozen only fresh and loves everything so far apart from Apple!

My IRN, Skittles, loves apple! And strawberries. And definitely corn - especially on the cob! Will eat frozen mix veg, broccoli, carrot, banana, and I'm going to try the sweet potato recipe that's in a post in the food forum thread.

I feed a dehydrated type with papaya, raisins, coconut, pineapple, and some different seeds. It's really like a trail mix. It keeps longer in their bowl. I've eaten it myself and its pretty good.
