Clover the green male and Bubbles the blue male, both almost 2, are doing the male dance with each other. They absolutely LOVE each other at play time... ick...

Re: Why are my 2 male Ringnecks doing the male mating dance?
I would just let whatever happens happen. It's nice that they are such good friends. I had the pleasure to hang out for a couple of hours with one of my lutino boy's brothers, Simba and his good friend a blue Indian Ringneck named Pumpkin a couple of weeks ago. They are completely attached to each other. They talk to each other, they feed each other, etc. One year Pumpkin had a female mate and when they had babies Simba helped with the feeding of the babies - all three of them were feeding the babies. Some male ringnecks can be extremely scared of female ringnecks because they can be aggressive.
