Pith about the tail feathers. This helps id violet from cobalt. Certainly it is a single factor of either violet or cobalt.

To me it looks like a SF Violet Turquoise.

I'd go with cobalt turquoise. The region in the shoulder of the wing shows bright blue on the pictures.

definitely a Cobalt turquoise.. she has much blue on her that a violet (SF) even lacks
