baby creamino ringneck noises

I just picked him up yesterday he is about 4-5 weeks old. He has gorgeous color already the white mixed with yellow and the red albino eyes. This is my first ringneck and he is always making these weird noises like as if he was crying before and after i feed him. I thought it was just the hunger but he does it for long after feeding too. I just want to make sure every things fine.
