Hey, what outcome can I expect from a Turquoise Grey Lacewing (cock) x Cobalt Grey (hen) both birds are not split to anything.
also..
Blue Lacewing (cock) x Turquoise Cinnamon (hen), again no splits.
Thanks in advance..

Pairing the two greys will cause you to lose the cobalt color. You should switch the pairing. The blue lacewing to cobalt will give you blues, cobalts and greys / lacewing in cocks and blues, greys and cobalt lacewing hens.
The turq grey lacewing to cinn turq will give you turq grey and turqs in hens and turq grey and turq cocks / cinn and lacewing. The lacewings will be probably darker than the parents in both pairings due to the dark eyed parent combinations.

Yes it is a better choice for the cobalt. You can add turq to all the colors mentioned.
