Hi again everyone!

Okay, so seeing how I've just recently adopted my ringneck, i was wondering if anyone could tell me what they are feeding theirs? I want to make sure that mine is getting the appropriate diet.
Currently, she is eating a small parrot diet and for treats I am giving her grapes and apples, which she loves.
Any suggestions?
