i got some 3 to 6 day old babies in my nest box with its parents looking after them but the box smells reall fowl.all the chick are alive and well but i don't know why it smells or is it soposed to smell.

plz help i don't want it to be bad for the chicks!!

If it smells really bad, maybe you could replace the nesting material with fresh nesting material. I do find the nest does get an odour to it from all the droppings.
Just wondered, has the inside of the nest been wet at all? Maybe there is a bit of sourness or mould?
