Hi,
Ok we have a few choices here.
1. Male lacewing paired to normal coloured ringneck- this pair will produce female lacewings but no male lacewings.
2.male is split lacewing paired to normal female- this pair will produce half its females lacewings but still no male lacewings
3.Male and female are lacewing- this pair will produce all lacewings in male and female.
4.male is split lace and female is a lacewing- half of the male and females will be lacewing and other half will be normal coloured.
colour- its up to you which colours you go for but I think blue can be very washy when it comes to lacewings. Violets, cobalts and greens lacewings look stunning to me.

Hi,
No probelms. With your blue male, If you pair a blue lacewing you will still recive 100% blues but the male offspring will be split lacewing. so matter what you pair you male with, you will not get lacewings unless he is split lacewing.
you could look at getting him a violet or cobalt girl. I am a big fan of the blue series in ringneck
.violet
.cobalt
.violet cobalt
.cinnamon violet
.cinnamon cobalt
.cinnamon violet cobalt
.cobalt emerald
.cobalt pied
.violet pied
.violet coablt pied
just to mention a few.......
Happy to answer any more questions

Hi,
It depends on your budget.
high budget:
violet split whwt and a blue whwt. and in the second aviary, a coablt with a pied blue
Medium budget:
Cobalt with a violet. and in second aviary, blue cinnamon with a violet or cobalt
lower budget:
Blue lacewing with turquoiseblue lacewing. 2nd pair, Violet lace with turqblue lace.
hope this helps

HI,
I am not too sure about that. I think I read somewhere that you can, not to sure as my aviaries are made out of steel.
