Hi there i am no expert but i would say get them to a vet to get checked out especially the one with the spots in the crop, and yes hand feeding them is a good idea as long as you have sufficient experience with such tiny babies...

I am new here, getting to know everyone - have followed alot of your posts and threads before- if i am correct you have always battled with your babies?

Cute man, will you post some pics? what colours are they? I may get my first breeding pair this weekend, an albino hen and rainbow male, nest active already!

I think the black spots are possibly the colour of the food that was fed. My "rainbow" hen and greygreen/split pallid cock have a chic and it had the same looking spots and I gave it a feed of apple sauce which clears the crops and it survived.

hey julie, seen as you have a rainbow hen maybe you can help, i just got a rainbow male an albino female, breeding pair, and i am wondering if i would ever get an albino baby? and if i could clip my breeding pair wings, as they are not in an extremely large aviary, more a large cage?
