i was tld that if the parrot that iwiil buy will be noisy they wont alllow me.............i live in a pad

Whats a pad?? Yes, their calls can be quite loud when they want to be. Usually its at certain times of the day. However some birds can be noisy and others can be really quiet. It depends.

My IRN when he/she screams is about the same as someone banging a dinner pan with a metal spoon in your ear

I think Ringnecks have a pleasant call. It can be loud but I enjoy it. Mine are only 4 months old and still have the cute squeak though.
I'm not too worried.....nothing can be as bad as the loud screech my cockatoo makes!
