yes you could, but you have to be very patient and gain his or her trust very slowly
have a looking in the section called behaviour and taming and you should find some help there

Yep there is all kinds of help if you read previous posts and use the search function to search for topics by key word on taming older birds, not hand raised. search such things as, taming, clipping, wild bird etc. Good luck and welcome to the family
