Hi guys, we recently got a blue indian ringneck, which the seller told us was 6 months old. we have had him about 2 weeks now and he has just started opening his wings like in the video. could anyone shed some light on this behaviour for us please?

Yeah it looks like he is just stretching or maybe he is getting a little hot and is trying to cool off. I don't think it's anything to worry too much about, but since you just got him, it wouldn't be a bad idea to go for a routine check-up with and avian vet if you have one in your area.
