Would someone please explain how I can put a photo on here. Much appreciated. Elaine

Register with somwhere like http://www.imageshack.us/ and upload your pictures to their server using the browse function.
It will let you choose to have your pictures resized automatically as it uploads them. Then it will give you some weblinks to copy and paste. Simply copy and paste the forum link to your message body.
