Help! My Ringneck just ate part of my jewellery!

I had my pet ringneck sitting on my arm and she suddenly bit off part of one of my bracelets and ate it...
Will she get sick?
Should I get her to a vet?
Please someone help me, my bird means the world to me and I don't want to lose her!
