I don't know what mutation my ringneck is.
He or she is white so it must be an albino...but eyes aren't red...
Pupils are black, iris is blue and feathers white...So, what is the answer?
What mutation is this ?

it would be classed as an Albino. It will show red pupils with some camera/phone flashes.
I personally don't think they are the true albino, and feel they shouldn't be called as such- in the same sense as you mentioned that they have blue irides and dark black looking pupils and do show a bit of colour with new unbleached plumage.
but for all intents and purposes (in IRN) they are Albinos...
