Is a cherry beak with a black tip at the bottom of the top beak normal?

Sounds about right. My baby is still a baby and his beak is orangish with black on the top!

Thanks for the reply! It kind of stops red then it's black. Doesn't effect her eating just didn't know if it was normal.
