Hello guys ,
I have a blue Indian ringneck and it's about 3-4 months. When we got her she wasn't fully weaned. We spoon fed her everyday and generally she seems to be a healthy bird but she IS STILL FEATHERLESS and she/he has only a few feathers on its tail. Is it a normal thing ?

when I got mine at 10 weeks it was fully covered in feathers and still is it was also weaned doesn't sound normal.. I'd say if you can take it to an avian vet.
