MY IRN beak has a dent

my IRN has dent in his beak on both side is this normal its not smooth like my other IRN beak is this is gettin me worried and plus he is bitting his nail too much someone told me that he is nervous and thats why he is doing this and told me to check on the environment that might be the reason but there has been no change in his environment that would cause him to do that
