What mutation is Goku?

Hello. I'm new to this website and to parrots in general. Bought a little boy (?) a month ago, a nice blue baby. He has a great personality,very inquisitive, playful and tame. Had 3 siblings and was housed with 30 other parrots in an aviary, he was the only one to come to people that entered, curious and always looking for human contact.

I would really appreciate if someone could tell me what mutation is he, and indeed whether he is a he or a she. I will try to add some pictures. His father was a strong blue coloured bird, not dark blue but intensive, mother was an albino. I have been told he was 3 months old so should be 4 now. In the last month he started developing some ring-like marks on the back of head, which is a different shade of blue, had some traces of it a month ago but now it is more obvious. Also, two weeks ago dark markings appeared between his eyes and at the beard area under the beak. His beak has traces of black and it is generally not as red as in other ring-necks. I understood that black beak means presence of melanin, which should be present in the nails as well, weirdly, his nails are almost clear as his mothers.

Could somebody guess the gender, mutation and age of this bird. Thank you very much.
