Color of this indian ringneck

I am wondering what color this would be considered?

Looks like your normal, mature blue male to me....

Me too. I was wondering if his head is a bit brighter blue than normal - but that just might be the exposure of the photo. He is a beautiful boy!

Hi,
Yes it is a blue mutation. It has a bright blue head as it is mature and as it goes through its molts the feathers become brighter on the head and under the chest.
