I have an approximately 8 month old IRN. I got him/her at about 6 months. Rio is doing wonderfully with me, but will not let anyone else in the house near it. Rio either lunges to bite or fluffs up all its feathers at everyone else. I have got Rio in the TV room and everyone takes turns feeding and changing the tray in its cage, but still Rio will only let me touch it or sit on my shoulder.
What can I do?

Will Rio accept treats by hand from anyone else? If so then that would be a good starting point.
I am guessing everyone has reacted when Rio lunged at them, giving Rio the upper hand. You need to break Rio out of this cycle. It could take some time depending on how long Rio has gotten away with it. I always find food is a good motivator for better behaviour training.
If you know what Rios' fav treat is and ONLY give that when Rio is behaving or training. It will make him want to work for it.
