Hello everyone,

My name is Ali. I'm 19 and from Australia, Victoria.
I'm an animal lover and am currently planning on buying an Alexandrine =]
Tomorrow I'll be going to my local avian vet, and hopefully sometime this week I'll be visiting the breeder to have a chat, just to make sure I know what I'm getting myself into. I've never owned a bird before, but I have been researching like mad for the last two or three months. I had considered an Eclectus, Conure, Quaker and a Galah, but I have now settled on an Alex.

I just wanted to introduce myself, as I'm sure that once I get my new baby I'll have lots of questions, and bore you all silly with lots of photos and stories =P
