Post by **_ASTERI_BABI_** »

Hi,
so winter is coming up and i have only had my asteri (now 7 1/2 mnths old) since start of december which is summer so now that it is getting colder i am wondering if anyone has any advice about how to keep my irn warm at night?? if you could help me out that would be awsome, i am already noticing him really fluffing up at night now.. he is covered with a table cloth like sheet currently.. can i use somthing thicker, is that safe???

I don't change my cover for seasons. The house is usually warmish as we have heating going in winter.

just make sure asteri cage isnt in a drafty area and continue as normal. The change in seasons is good for them cause they get more downy feathers and then when it gets warmer they moult and shed most of the feathers.
