bringing the baby inside

i will be bringing my oldest baby which is 7 weeks old inside this weekend,im a bit nervous as ive never done this before
should i put it in a small area as in a fish tank or will it be ok going into a cage
i will be hand feeding it a couple of times a day and introducing new foods as well
its parents are in a big avairy with another pair who also have chicks,do i remove the nest box or do i leave it in,im a bit unsure as i dont want the hen going into the other nest box and disturbing the other chicks
how will the baby and the parents handle the big change
im very excited and nervous at the same time
