Feathers

Hello everyone,


I was just wondering if anyone saves the tail feathers from your Ringnecks when they molt. I'm Native American, and been trying to save up some ringneck tail feathers to make a ceremonial fan, but I live in Northern Minnesota and I don't know any breeders or people with ringnecks around here to ask. WOW, that is gorgeous!

I would send my birds feathers but I am in Australia so not possible.

Would love to see your ceremonial fan when done.

Wow, that is beautiful! I save the tail feathers as well. I keep them in a vase, like a flower arrangement. You have given me a great idea for a project!
