Agressive / Biting

I have a indian ringneck and his about 3-4years old.

He was hand fed when he was small and he talks very well.

I am a little upset with my bird - his biting me ONLY ME no one else or for that matter male friends of mine. They can cuddle him and play with him but for some other reasons his biting me.

He normaly comes to me when I sit on the couch but now he only comes to me to attack me!!!!

I dont now what to do - his sceaming alot (that noise they make) as well.

PLEASE HELP!!!!
