Hi Jamie
Lets thinck that no one in this pair is split:

1/ If the boy is true lacewing (cinnamon ino) and pastel blue DF ( DF turquoise) you will get:
Males: 100% turquoise(parblue)Blue ino /cinnamon (cremino split cin)
Females: 100% turquoise(parblue)Blue ino cinnamon (cremino cin)
In this case females will be lighter than males

2/ If the boy is true lacewing (cinnamon ino) and pastel blue SF ( SF turquoise: one blue and one parblue genes) you will get:
Males: 50.0% blue ino /cinnamon (albino split cin)
50.0% turquoise(parblue)Blue ino /cinnamon (creamino split cin)
Females: 50% blue ino cinnamon (albino with hidden cin -epistasis-)
50.0% turquoise(parblue)Blue ino cinnamon (creamino cin: a very light creamino)
3/ If the boy is not a true lacewing but pallid, also called lime (this is my feeling from your pic) and he is pastel blue DF ( DF turquoise) you will get:
Males: 100% turquoise(parblue)Blue pallidIno
Females: 100% turquoise(parblue)Blue pallid
In this case males will display a lighter colour than females.

4/The same than 3 (pallid) but considering that the boy is SF turquoise:
Males: 50% blue pallidIno
50.0% turquoise(parblue)Blue pallidIno
Females: 50% blue pallid
50.0% turquoise(parblue)Blue pallid
5/Finally you should also consider the possibility of your male being a pallidino with DF or SF turquoise:

5a/ Pallidino with DF turquoise:
Males: 50% turquoise(parblue)Blue pallidIno
50.0% turquoise(parblue)Blue ino
Females: 50% turquoise(parblue)Blue ino
50.0% turquoise(parblue)Blue pallid
5b/Pallidino with SF turquoise:
Males: 25% blue pallidIno
25.0% turquoise(parblue)Blue pallidIno
25.0% blue ino
25.0% turquoise(parblue)Blue ino

Females: 25.0% blue ino
25% turquoise(parblue)Blue ino
25.0% blue pallid
25.0% turquoise(parblue)Blue pallid
I wonder if there are any more possibilities ...

How old is the male? If he is really a pallid turquoise and more than 2-3 years he should display a black ring neck. Check here:
