Greetings from the UK

Hi, I'm Sam, and I'm looking into getting an IRN, but I can't seem to find any pet stores nearby which sell them. I live in Balderton, Newark, Nottinghamshire, UK. Does anyone here know where I can find one? As far as preferences go, I would like a green male, pretty young probably about 2-4 months old. I ask, because I know that many people here will breed these birds and may be willing to sell them, so if you live close I would love to buy one. Also, I'm unsure of what the prices will be in the UK but from what I can tell from American prices, I assume it's about £60.

Welcome and good luck with your search. I am in Australia and have little idea of your geography, but I suggest looking online for pet ad sites. We have one in australia http://www.petlink.com.au where breeders and sellers, sell and swap pets of all kinds, including birds, you can find all kinds there and this is how I found the breeder I got all my IRN from. For example I searched google and found this in the UK

Maybe place and ad in your local paper, Breeder needed - wanting to buy IRN parakeet. ? Just thoughts here.

Thanks, I think I've found somewhere in lincoln that sells them, that's only a 30 minute drive away. But he said he doesn't have any at the moment and i should check back in 2 weeks

he's not even sure if that's what they are until he gets them though, but I'm putting my hopes on that for now.
