Can anyone tell me what a blue lacewing ino bird is?
Is it a blue pallidino or is it blue ino(albino)lacewing.
Any genetics and any photos of this bird if possible would be greatfull.
Thanks.

All three terms you used refer to the same bird and contain the same genetics. But the more accepted term these days is Blue PallidIno.
This bird contains two genes of the autosomal recessive Blue mutation (hence a visual blue bird), and one gene each of Pallid and Ino gene. The reason you don't a get a bird split to Pallid and split to Ino is because both Pallid and Ino are alleles of the same Ino locus, each one occupying one each of the two sex chromosomes. Since two chromosomes are needed, then only males can be PallidInos. Hens can only be either a Pallid or an Ino.
