Well, its purely up for personal choice as to what you choose to pair with it.
If you put a creamino cock with it, you would get albino and creamino young.
If you put a pallid cock with it, you get pallidino cocks and pallid hens.
If you put a pallidino cock with it, you get pallidino and albino cocks, and pallid and albino hens.
Ideally, for variety (if you had $150-175 approx) get a nice TurqoiseBlue PallidIno if you can find one. (aka raindow with the ino gene).
That will throw pallids, albinos, creaminos, turquoise pallids (rainbows) on each sex. (widest variety).
Though it can be hard finding a source of legitimate turquoiseblue pallidino's though they are around... a bit of shopping though.
Second best bet, would be a regular turquoiseblue pallid, you wont get albinos or creamino's, however you get pallid and turquoise pallid (rainbow) young, so its still a very nice variety.
If you cant get a turquoise pallid of some description, a normal pallid blue would be fine.
I would honestly stay away from a split pallid unless you didnt have any others around to get, simply to avoid producing blue split ino males, as most people (from experience) tend to avoid split ino blue males they prefer pure blues for breeding purpose, however pets dont matter.
It really just comes down to preference of colours for you, and how much variety you want... or if you want less variety.
