My budgie recently died and I'm looking to purchase a new bird. At the moment I've been looking at buying a Cockatiel but after reading about the IRN I am undecided whether to buy a Cockatiel or an IRN..
Which do you think would be the better pet?
Also, I live in Wagga Wagga (regional NSW) so I don't know whether there would be many breeders around here or pet stores that sell IRN. If anyone lives around where I do, and knows a place, please reply.
How much would I be looking to pay for a hand raised IRN?
Thanks.

your in luck
i believe a member julie lives in wagga wagga she is a big breeder i believe and has lots of irns!
I think its according to waht you are looking for. Cocketiels are more constand in the mood. As where ringnecks have more moody swings and can be really pissy at times.
So its what your looking for.
