Hey i have been looking at mutation colours of IRNs and am now not sure of my males colour. I thought he was just standard blue but from some of the descriptions of mutations im not sure. I have no history of this birds parents as he was adopted and so did not come from the breeder. I am also wondering what colour babies to expect from him and my standard green female breeding.
Thanks for the help
He looks like a Turquoise Blue also known as a Pastel Blue. If the hen is a Straight Green then the chicks will be Green split Turquoise Blue. If she is Split Blue which is very likely then you will get Green Split Turquoise Blue and Turquoise Blue.

Thanks for all the replys guys. I'm not sure if these photos are the best as it does not show up the colour as well as i would like. I have taken some more so i will see how they turned out and my post up a couple if they show the colour better. I have also seen a plain blue now and he is definitely not the same.
