need help

Hi I am new to this site and not sure what to do I need some advice I have a irn I think he's about 5 years old not really sure as the lady I had him off wasn't sure he's not tame when I go into his cage he scwarks at me first how can I tame him he talks to me but that's about it I was told if I brought him a mate this might help but I'm worried if I put a girl in there will he attack her or stress him out u sit and talk to him and he makes more sounds than when I had him and seems more calmer with me and he flys now could anyone help me thankyou

Welcome. I personally would not get him a mate. Take your time with him and form a bond with him. Frankly, having three females and one male, I would be more concerned about a female hurting him than the other way around. Patience is the key with little little things.
