Introducing a new ringneck to my 7 month old female

Hi everyone. Ok, so I have a7 month old female ringneck which i have hand reared from two weeks old. She recently turned aggressive and i'm assuming its either bluffing or because we separated her from my dad's ringneck (they were raised together) So yesterday I bought a green male 7 month old ringneck in hopes she would calm down and stop biting. I have them in separate cages but put the cages close to each other so that they would get used to each other. Should I let them out of their cages at the same time or one at a time? And how do I start hand training the male (he has never been handled) I would appreciate any advice. Thanks
