Try the website Petlink.com.au, and go to birds for sale. There are a number of Sydney breeders advertising on there.

You can also try sending our member Pink Devil a private message (do a user search). She isn't on here as often as she used to be. She's not in Sydney but I'm 95% certain she's in NSW - so you may need to drive a little way to get your bird... but she handraises her birds and takes a great deal of care and you'd get a great bird from her.
