The Aussie government should leave little mirrors with bells dotted around to lure them down.

That is real. Ringnecks are considered pests in many countries including India! How ridiculas. It saddens me that we humans are the real pests on earth. :(

P.S Moving threads around to appropriate areas.

Yah... well unfortunately they are rather a bit of a problem to the farmers. We need to eat too heh, and as much as I adore ringnecks... its thanks to completely useless and irresponsible owners that they exist in those situations now :/

Unlike cockies etc, or even galahs, ringnecks do alot of damage to the 'protected' food stocks too, and will eat damn near anything lol. They have a nimble determination that the aussie natives dont bother with.

I have no love of any animal being put down / hunted... but unfortunately people also need to realise they are helping destroy already at risk black cockatoo nesting grounds, and pushing many other natives out of the feeding areas too heh... so its an ugly situation.
