cheese or no cheese?

Post by shahar101 »

Hi all,
I've researched a little bit about feeding our little friend cheese. It's a debated topic - some say it is unhealthy; that no dairy products should be given to the bird, while others say cheese can be used as a small treat once in a while.

What are your thoughts?

Low fat cheese is better but remember it is still fattening and it might be better to look for some other treat, like fruit.

It is cheese made from milk and citrus juice, classed as a cottage cheese, but it is not crumbly, it is very very bland, the Asian folk curry it or add it to recipes, it can be deep fried without falling to bits. Sanjay has a tiny cube now and again, just as a treat.
